ELEMENTARY NEWSLETTER

Legacy Academy Families,

We’re excited to share a few important updates with you this week as we look ahead to an exciting milestone for Legacy Academy.

Legacy Center Dedication  Thank you to everyone who joined us on Friday night for the Legacy Center Dedication. It was truly a memorable evening and a meaningful celebration of the vision, dedication, and collective effort that brought this facility to life. Seeing our families, students, staff, and supporters gathered together made the night especially special, and we are grateful to have been able to share this milestone.

The Legacy Center represents more than just a new space — it reflects the commitment to growth, opportunity, and excellence for our students. Your presence and encouragement continue to play an important role in helping us reach these goals.

Moving into the Legacy Center  We are also thrilled to announce that we will begin moving into the Legacy Center in a couple of weeks. This transition will allow our students and staff to fully utilize the new space, and we can’t wait to see the positive impact it will have on our daily activities. We’ll communicate specific move-in dates and any expectations for families as plans are finalized.

Thank you for your continued support and partnership. We truly appreciate each one of you!

Meet Our Event Coordinator: Bethany Frances

Hello! My name is Bethany Frances, and I am one of Legacy Academy’s event coordinators. You may have seen me around church—I stay pretty involved and currently serve on the prayer team and with LKids at the East campus, prayer team at Central, and prayer, VIP, and tots at the Grants campus. I first attended Legacy Church on December 24, 2020, and four months later I was baptized and fully committed my life to Christ. I am currently studying toward my PhD in radiology, with a strong passion for bringing hope and light into the medical field. I believe God can heal and restore, and I strive to reflect His love in everything I do.

I come from a big family with three brothers and two sisters, and I’m the youngest of them all. Outside of school, work, and church, I enjoy running, painting, reading, hiking, exploring new cities, going to rodeos, getting coffee with friends, fishing (with help from my dad!), serving the homeless, and stargazing.

My faith has been a huge part of my journey and growth. I now have the pleasure of serving our students and families here at Legacy Academy, where I get to plan all the fun events and activities our students can look forward to throughout the year! I am so thankful to be part of the Legacy Academy community and truly love working with our students and families.

My door is always open to a prayer. If you are struggling with something and you want someone to be in agreement with you, I will stand in the middle, ready to pray with you and/ or your family.

Awards given to students for being an example of being like Jesus.
