Mr. Paolini

Mr. Paolini has a strong educational background, holding a Bachelor of Science in Education from Eastern Nazarene College in Quincy, Massachusetts. His journey in education led him to New Mexico over two decades ago, where he has tirelessly served our state's children. With experience in various administrative roles, Mr. Paolini has nurtured academic and behavioral growth among youth in state custody while supervising staff, fostering relationships with students and families, and promoting team building. His approach is deeply rooted in his faith and a commitment to guiding students to success. Mr. Brian Paolini plays a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience of our middle school students. He will also lead efforts to develop and enhance our Middle School athletics program, ensuring that our students have opportunities to excel both academically and athletically.
