Mrs. Mackall

Mrs. Mackall serves as the Elementary School Principal where she is responsible for laying a solid foundation of faith and lifelong learning. Her educational career began at Legacy Academy where she was a 5th grade teacher when the school first opened. She served as our principal from 2010 to 2016, where her leadership made a profound impact on our school's growth and success. After spending time out of state, Mrs. Mackall and her family felt a strong calling to return to New Mexico, bringing a wealth of experience and dedication to educational excellence. Throughout her career, Mrs. Mackall has been committed to fostering a supportive and enriching learning environment for students. She has a strong background in educational leadership, with a focus on implementing initiatives to enhance student achievement, including her expertise in the Science of Reading. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Education with a focus in Curriculum and Instruction. Mrs. Mackall firmly believes in the potential of every child to succeed and is dedicated to ensuring that each student receives the support and guidance they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. As an advocate for educational excellence and the development of future leaders, Mrs. Mackall is eager to collaborate with parents, teachers, and the community to continue providing a high-quality Christian education. Her passion for nurturing young minds and creating a positive school culture will undoubtedly contribute to our continued success and growth.
